This plan is ideal for organisations, with their own servers on site, who wish to cap and control I.T. support costs and take advantage of reduced hourly rates. This plan provides for professional proactive and reactive support services as well as actively managed services. Example: 20-30 staff members with 2-4 servers on site. Users mainly require support during normal business hours.
