Our Silver Support Plan is our entry-level support package. It allows you to pre-pay for blocks of support time which are valid for 12 months, and when you call us, a technician will be onsite within 4 hours. There are no on-going contracts or hidden costs.
This plan is ideal for organisations, with their own servers on site, who prefer a pay-as-you-go I.T. support service. This plan provides for professional reactive support services. Example: 5-10 staff members with 1-2 servers on site. Users mainly require support during normal business hours.
